Lease Details:
- Application Fee: $55 per person
- Security Deposit: $1000 (or 75% of rent)- $250 due with application to hold unit*
- Utilities: $80 per month + $50 for each additional occupant
- Pets: $25 per pet per month + $250 refundable deposit
- Parking: $25 per month per space

Rental Requirements:
- Income Requirement: 2.5x monthly rent
- Credit: 12 months of positive credit history, no more than $500 in past-due collections (excluding medical debt)
- Rental History: 12 months of verifiable rental history
- *Holding Period: Lease must begin within 10 days of application receipt
