Worst management company you'll ever encounter

Don't rent here. You will regret it. Due to negligent management, the building is so hot that the majority of residents have to leave their window open to road noise all night, even when it's freezing cold out. This also racks up the utility bills for the common spaces, meaning residents end up paying for this problem. Move here if you like paying more for insomnia. Management has also been on video smoking just in front of the main entrance, just below tenants' open windows, so that's nice...

As you have been made aware, the temperature in the common areas is set an d has remained between 68-73 degrees for years to ensure our residents comfortability. We have asked many other tenants about the common area temperatures, and all have stated... that it is comfortable and they have no issues at all. Every home is equipped with an AC port to enable residents to have their homes at their desired temperatures. We understand that not everyone has the same level of comfort, however, we do take everyone into consideration when setting temperatures.
