In August 2017 ownership changed hands and rent went from being cheap for older run down unremodeled aparments to where the rent went up 44-84 % depending on how long a resident lived there in less then 60days and still have all tbe old issues such as water leaks, flooding old interiors old cabinetry mold in some units and no resonable expectation any new upgrades will happen as the bew owner hasnt even tried introducing himself and has done landscaping which was basically cutting down the old... landscaping abd has left piles in corners of the property and has become a true fire hazard. This used to be things the tenants didnt mind as the rent was beliw market rate and now the conditions havent changed but are expected to pay full market rate for subpar apartments.
