Newer Owner, Management and Maintenance Team!
As a tenant, I am very pleased with the Owner, Management and Maintenance Team we've most recently been given here at the East Wenatchee, Valley Manor Apartments.
Previously, before they came on board, the property seemed to be suffering a bit and now, not so slowly but definitely surely, the property is being improved. The business communication is much more ethical, and unit concerns that might arise are being addressed in a timely fashion.
