Great and Personal Management, Good Location
We thoroughly enjoyed the 3.5 years we spent renting here. Location was good, management was personable and responsive to any issues. Price is reasonable for area and small amount of units made it feel more like home than a large complex would! We will miss Cedar Court Apartments but moved out due to a home purchase. Thanks to management for making our transition to Washington smooth and successful.

Excellent Management
My experience with management/owners at Cedar Court Apartments was by far the best apartment management experience I've ever had. All around, the building was well-operated and tenants were courteous. Being family owned they are friendly and very reasonable to work with. The location is great! A stones throw to the ferries and downtown Edmonds, a quick commute to Seattle, Everett, and the eastside. Cedar Court Apartments deserves more positive reviews. I highly recommend Cedar Court Apartments!

Best management team I have ever lived at.
Great place to live. Near downtown Edmonds and beach & ferries. Great little restaurants in downtown Edmonds. Very close to I5 freeway. Management is the best. Very friendly and one on one type of business. Family operated. Great units and reasonable compared to what's around. Some of the tenants have lived there for about 10 to 20 years which says a lot. Highly recommend.
