DO NOT APPLY TO THIS PLACE.

First of all, they are making FALSE advertisements to apartments.com where they advertise as $200 lower than the actual amount. When I filled out the application, the rent is still listed as the lower price in the application. So I went ahead for an application and paid all the fees, and they tell you the rent has been raised. Is this even okay to do this?

Second, they still haven’t processed a refund of my fees (holding fee and deposit) after 30 days.

If you want... to waste $600 on a false application, then apply to this place. This is absolutely absurd
