Awful Staff

I have no problem living here!

Everyone has there different thoughts and view on everything thats part of been human. I find no problem living at this apartment complex. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. Location is convenient, price is just right for my budget and the staff are always trying there best to make there resident happy. Even thou they cannot satisfy everyone.

Good location

Good location if you work nearby. There's no sidewalk to walk on to walk to get your mail.

There's only 3 people working here. They try to keep up with work but sometimes with delay. Friendly staff.

Do not live here

The walls are extra thin, the staff are generally unfriendly and the appliances are in a state of disrepair I have not seen in an apartment complex. Our washing machine has a broken spring that forces the drum to be tilted and when running sounds like someone is hammering on your floor. They told us that was "normal". The washing machine and refrigerator are the cheapest you could buy at a local appliance store. The paint job in our apartment is amazingly bad, to the point of laugh out loud when… I show other people. When they showed us the demo unit, it was in much better shape, and recently remodeled.
