Family Run and Excellent Service

Alyson and Tom have been wonderful since I moved in a few weeks ago. I have a lovely unit at a very competitive price, and have noticed that the owners always seem to have the snow cleared within hours and keep the dumpsters perpetually empty. But the reason I am writing this is their quick service. I was recently locked out in 18 degree weather, and within 20 minutes Tom (one of the two OWNERS) arrived and let me in. Never before have I lived in a complex where I ever even saw the owner, yet... here I have met both Alyson and Tom, and their customer service is outstanding. Everything I have experienced in my first few weeks here suggests that the Blue Agate Apartments are a wonderful place to live. Come be my new neighbor!
