There is a one time administration fee of $250 due at move-in. All utilities are metered and billed separately to the resident.
Renters insurance is required (minimum liability coverage of $500,000-- cost is normally less than $18 per month). Minimum 12-month lease to start. Shorter term lease renewals/extensions are possible. Move-in funds required for qualified applicants are the first month's rent (pro-rated if the lease begins after the first day of the month), and the security deposit, We do not accept "portable screening reports".
