Don't waste your money.
As soon as you move in they jack up the prices. Constant harassment and theft due to large homeless population. Take weeks to get anything fixed or resolved.

Great place
Affordable, spacious and clean. We are in a one bedroom and I would recommend this place to anyone. I feel safe living here and having my car here. Though Boeing Freeway does get a bit rowdy it’s nothing too crazy. The windows make this place inviting as they are large. Outdoor storage is a plus. Great place!

Quiet and Nooked Away Complex.
It is a very quiet little apartment complex. The people who run it are accessible and kind. We are moving soon to be closer to my school but this apartment has served us well. They are very spacious and the cost of rent is actually affordable. The area around it is a diverse community with tons of food and shopping.

Boeing Freeway Racing
The apartment is very nice, with lots of windows and open floor plan, but the noise from the Boeing Freeway is horrible, plus the rent was just increased by $75 a month, and there hasn't been any improvements
