Bayview Apartment Homes

Are they ever going to change the hallways carpet? I know this use to be a hotel but if you’re going to make it apartments now can you remodel the building? That’s the only problem I have, how the apartments look.

if you are lucky enough to have a job where you can smoke weed then you will fit right in. there are signs all around the building "no smoking", but residents do whatever they want and the hallways reek of marijuana. if you have a job like i do and you cant smoke and don't like the smell blowing in your window, good luck reporting the issues to management, they do not care and will jerk you around about their trying to stop the culprits. It was to the point i had to email the head office and... tell them there is an ashtray full on my neighbors balcony can you open your eyes and do something about it. Of course they did not reply to my email but finally did something. Also, they recently busted into my room because of a water leak without calling me or anything, my wife was sleeping and you hear every slamming door and person walking in the hallway anyway so she did not hear the knocking. I know america just does not value human rights as a whole, but i hope you can do a lot better than this place. Read More

The apt are nice and they do come and fix things as soon as you call office. There is a small pool that kids stay in all summer.
