- Move-In Fee: Nonrefundable 10%
- Occupancy: Max 2 per bedroom
- Insurance: Rental insurance required
- Pets: Welcome with a deposit, pet rent of $50.00 per pet, and weight/breed restrictions
Approval Criteria:
