Don't move here

Don't move here. Maintenance is lazy, the office people are unprofessional and unorganized. My apt was having water damage in the morning all day went by and no sort of communication was made to contact me about the issue. I come home to my door unlocked, just to find out there was a leak in the apt above me. Who ever they hired to come "clean up" did a horrible job. I open my closet to 50% percent of my stuff damaged from the leak with standing water throughout the whole closet. No effort was… made to let me know about this issue and I myself had to call to find out what happened. I have called the office and email them before so there was no way they didn't have my information to let me know about this matter. This apartment complex is a mess. They lack in effort, professionalism, communication and organization.

Silver Shadows Apartment

Hello my name is Nathan Oliver I resided at the Silver Shadows Apartment for 5 years I am a Honorable disable discharged veteran
served in the United States Navy for 13 years, the reason I have lived at the same apartment I have very good access to public transportation I can walk directly across street to a Metro public transit bus stop I can get to my destination in a timely manner also very easy access to on the I-5 freeway north or south. The monthly rent fits my retirement pension, I… can walk to a grocery store as well. I am very close the Sea-Tac International Airport for my vacation travels. One more thing I can walk directly across the street to a McDonalds if I want to work out after McDonalds their is a LA Fitness Center so I can get a good workout after eating a hamburger.

Silver Shadows Apartment

Hi I have been a resident at the Silver Shadows Apartment for 5 years it is a great location for me I have easy access to public transportation which is just across the street, I can walk to the grocery store, and just a short bus ride to the Sea-Tac International airport. The Leasing Manager is very helpful if I have any problem it is taken care of within 24 to 48 hours, also the maintance manager fixes any problem in my apartment also within 24 to 48 hours. The monthly lease fits in my… financial budget because I am a honorable disable discharged Veteran.
Basically Silver Shadows Apartment its just a good location for me, I do not have a car, I leave the driving to the Public Transportation drivers and Taxi drivers. Silver Shadows Apartment is a good location for new resident as well
