Soundview

Been living here a little more than a year. I love the design of the apartment, very spacious rooms and bathroom, and nice field view at the window. Window is big and gives a lot of light in the living room.
Maintanence service is great. I asked to fix toilet but my closet door was fixed too without me asking. Fast service as well after filling up the request online.
A little outdated appliance but it doesn't affect my living. All works great. A lot of cabinets in the kitchen. Kitchen with a... bar and I can watch TV in the living room while cooking which is great for me.
Always there is space to park. Nice and quite neighborhood. Clean outside. Feels like home to live here.

Great service and friendly staff. Love the atmosphere.

Upon arrival, the craftsmanship of the apartment was well below sub par. The carpets were dirty and the trim along the wall is and will forever be peeling away. There is a large noticeable dent in the wall of the bedroom that they did not bother to repair and the outside balcony above was rotting away. The lid of the toilet was cracked and was installed at such an angle that you have to look into the shower to take a dump. The track along the closet doors is not even attached to the floor and... the bathroom door is splitting in half. All of the appliances are louder than the planes landing overhead. On day one, I witnessed a drug deal in the middle of the day and listened to a marriage end through the paper thin walls of the apartment. It took over a month to get my mailbox number to receive mail. It is worth noting that I had to go in and request the mailbox number. The dryer flashes the lights when turned on and was probably purchased during the Reagan administration. To top it all off, they claimed that no renters insurance or photo ID was presented before move in, nearly two months prior. If only they had a website in which occupants could upload such documentation! Thank goodness "multiple attempts" were made to reach out to us and fix this ever so pressing issue. Being the caring corporation that Soundview is, they signed us up for renters insurance, which we both had already provided, and they didn't even need our consent! The office is so organized that they don't even have access to their resident's online documents on their own website! Been here for almost a year now. Our living experience has been pleasant and quiet. Didn't have that much problem with the parking space. Jacqui (Community Director) and Tim (Maintenance Supervisor), both of them are easy to reach out to and awesome, has been a huge help in getting us settled when we first came here. :)

It's a great place to live very clean and quite and great neighbors. The property manager is very friendly and out going goes above and beyond. The maintenance employee is quick and gets the job done quickly. I would recommend this to be your next home.
