I've lived here for almost a year and throughout that year, my family was charged late fees when there was nothing that was late. Had them enter my home without any notice, and then have a 10 day notice to clean or vacate, when my house was almost spotless. There is no visitor parking. And you would be better off going to a different laundromat hen using the one provided.
