Lovely office crew

The office has always been so kind and caring to my son, daughter-in-law, grandson, and I. Every time I’ve gone into the office I’m always greeted with a smile. They always make sure any problem I have is taken care of and will check in to make sure it is done.

Amazing office and maintenance crew

They have been nothing but amazing and kind to me and my family. They are so loving to my son. He get so happy any time we go to the office cause they know him by name. They take the time to know the tenants

Unusually Fantastic Staff ??

The staff here makes the difference. I have lived here going on 2 years. Office manager and staff are amazing and very nice.
Grounds staff are friendly and keep the garbage bins in non-full. Clean place. Landscaping is done weekly, and you see flowers everywhere in the Spring-Fall. Carport space not too skinny. I've had no issues with anything in my apartment,...fairly modern appliances work well. Pool and rec area kept up well.

Great Place to Live

Rainier Pointe Apartments is a great place to live. All the staff are so nice. The apartments are very clean and well maintained. The swimming pool is really nice for the hot summer days.

Location is great!

Move where I live because this is a great place and great location! Close to stores, jobs are close by! Maintenance is very good!
