Olympic Square Townhomes

Location location Location! Love this townhouse. You can walk across the street to grocery stores, coffeehouse, anytime fitness and much much more while still enjoying a lovely exterior with well-maintained grounds. I love the fact that you get a full two car garage with every unit. Cars have to be parked end to end but most people only park one car and use the front half for storage. I also like that there is a half bath on the main apartment floor for use by guests - they don't... have to go in the other bathrooms that are used by family members. ( my kids and I can keep our bathrooms a bit messy and no one has to know ). I am getting tired of all the stairs though so if you have trouble with stairs this may not be the unit for you. The ground floor is the garage then you go up a flight of stairs to the main floor and then up one more set of stairs to the bedrooms. It is nice to have the bedrooms upstairs so anyone on the main floor does not disturb people trying to sleep. The washer and dryer are located on the same floor as the bedrooms which is very convenient.

Another huge plus is the awesome apartment manager. I cannot speak more highly of Jill. She is extremely professional and also extremely friendly. I don't think there's anything she wouldn't do for you - she goes above and beyond the call of duty.

Some other things to consider, possible downsides are occasional music being played at the coffee shop and delivery trucks to the grocery store sometimes can be heard early morning on one side of the complex.
