Leasing office ignores you

Living conditions at vale were great, however the leasing office is extremely unresponsive and rarely at their office. I’ve been trying to get some questions answered about my deposit (double charges, legal question of cleaning costs) but they’ve been ignoring my calls, texts, and emails for WEEKS now.

Love everything!

Amazing staff! Great location! Beautiful building! What more could I ask for? Best apartment I have ever lived in. Lovely gym and top deck.
