Unit 107 is a 600-square-foot one-bedroom apartment located on the first floor. It features stainless steel and white appliances, tile countertops, a tile backsplash, and undercabinet lighting in the kitchen. The bathroom also boasts a tile countertop and tile backsplash. The unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer, a private patio, and a combination of luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and carpet flooring.

Rent is $1,675.00 PLUS a water and sewer charge of $75.00/month per person.

Refundable security deposit of $900.00.
Cats friendly only (two cat limit) with a $30.00/month pet rent (per animal) and $300.00 refundable pet deposit and an additional $200.00 for a second cat.
