Security Deposit
I cannot give a positive review for Arden apartments in Kent due to how they have handled our security deposit of $1000. When moving out on time and cleaning, painting and fixing anything needed, we were denied our deposit.
They also sent us an notice listing several items not working or damaged and wanted us to pay them over $4000!
This was a total fraud trying to get us to not keep asking for our deposit.
We have tried several times to get ahold of the apartment manager on the phone and still... no return calls from them. We are still trying to get this resolved, but until then, they do not get our recommendation. Previous occupants..
