Oh my god...I want THIS apartment!
I had ONE day while in Seattle to find an apartment for my partner and me. Previously, I would have NEVER considered any sort of multi-level building. But when we walked in to "our" apartment, we knew we were home. All newly remodeled ,(EVERYTHING clean and new), that was a bonus we weren't expecting. Beyond that: the SPACE and the VIEW. Our apt. faces a "forest" of trees, all around us. Total privacy for us, and beauty every time we look out a window.
Having just moved from Palm Springs CA, I... was THRILLED with covered, secure, underground parking. In PS, my car would BAKE, but I knew the opposite would be true here, mostly. It's GREAT to get into a dry, not-so-cold car.
We love it here!
