If I could give a half star I would've. I have been counting down the months of living here since I moved in. It looks nice and looks secure which is why we were sold on the place, but the gate was open for the first half of my year lease. We were told we had to move into it within two weeks so we did just that. They knew we were going to move in, but on the day that we were supposed to move in they told us that the apartment wasn't ready to move in yet. After coming to an agreement of moving in… later that day instead we walked into the apartment unable to put anything on the counter tops because they were still drying. There is a patch in the roof that was supposed to be fixed before we moved in. Then it was postponed to a week later...I'm here to tell you 9 months later that patch is still there. We discovered a leak in the bathroom it took a week to actually fix the problem which was solved by putting some sort of puffy stuff in the bottle lip thing. And they did that poorly! Its literally sticking out. The dryer machine broke the first few month it took them a week to fix that as well. The leasing office are nice, but getting ahold of them is nearly impossible hardly anybody any answers the phone. The neighbors are very noisy. You can hear people having conversations through the walls. The kids upstairs will play with their basketball bouncing against the floor. There were a handful of times we were woken up by the arguing from upstairs a different neighbor ended up yelling at them to shut up. I am greeted with trash in front of my door nearly every day. If someone does clean it up there's more trash to replace it. Someone even burned the carpet in front of my door. The office knows about this and hasn't taken any steps to prevent it. Every time I called the police they never showed up. Our window was smashed and it took two weeks for it to be fixed, nobody came to clean up the mess nor cover up the whole now gapping in my living room. When the police came THE MORNING AFTER, yeah I called the very night, we learned that some people were mugged and stabbed recently. There is no security no nigh watch no cameras nothing. They claim there is a number to call for late night troubles and if you do call it they literally can't do anything. I found a mattress outside my bedroom window. The dumpsters are usually full. Then there's the price I'm finding places the same size or bigger for 200 - 300$ less! Read More

Bass blasting at all hours of the night. Trash everywhere daily. Have seen multiple drug deals since I moved in. Neighbors argue all the time and saw him punch her in the face once. Have called the front desk to tell them about this and they asked who my neighbor was and when I told them they said “Oh.” Yeah real helpful. People blast fireworks when they feel like it. Dog poop everywhere. People drive 50+ mph in an area that shouldn’t be more than 25. The gates hardly ever work. Worst experience… ever and will never ever recommend living here to anybody. My experience has been pretty good. The staff, location, design of apartment and spaciousness, storage, grounds, maintenance, meet my standards.

I'M NOT A RESIDENT BUT A CLIENT IS. WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO WORK DONE FOR 2 ALMOST 3 WEEKS NOW BEFORE SEC 8 INSPECTION. ALL REQUEST WAS DONE OVER THE PHONE HAVE STARTED TO MAKE A PAPER TRAIL NOW BY SENDING EMAIL. LET'S SEE IF THIS WORKS. I THOUGHT THAT WHEN THE NEW MANAGEMENT CO TOOK OVER THINGS WOULD GET BETTER BUT NOT SO MUCH.
