We love The Chelsea!

My husband and I have lived at The Chelsea in different units through the years. We absolutely love the staff who are always kind and accommodating. We also love the convenience of the location and the beautiful beach park next door. In the summer time, you can't beat it! It's also pet friendly which has been great for us. Can't recommend it here enough!

Grossly Incompetent Staff

After the Chelsea Apartments had 7 whole days to review and submit video to the police from when my 10 thousand dollar Harley was stolen out of their locked residential garage, I am told today, that the "download" didn't properly "download" and now the footage is gone... So great to live in a community that"cares".......

Staff is never in office

Nice place to rent. Over priced for an aged building. Leasing office is closed more than open.

Review

The property is nicely located and boast many amentiies although, for the price; I would recommend going to Waterscape or Salix because it is outdated. Kitchens and very outdated.
