Feels like Home now
We moved here sight unseen over a year ago. The main reason for choosing Hidden River is how dog friendly the community is. The small dog park is convenient for when we don't have the time to get to the larger dog parks nearby. The bedrooms are on the smaller side and parking is tight; it's not always easy for visiting family and friends to find a spot to park. However, it is really a very lovely spot. Trees surround the property throughout and we have been lucky to have great neighbors. I love... the kitchen. There is plenty of cabinet space! We definitely went through a bumpy transition as Thrive looked for a new property manager, but now that Cherie is here, we are so relieved. She is warm, friendly and on top of things. She is committed to making sure residents are happy and improving the quality of life here. Brady and Ernesto are wonderful, too!

Amazing staff
I have lived in many apartment complexes and this is the best out of all of them. The property is quiet and we'll maintained. the townhomes are absolutely beautiful and the staff is so friendly and helpful, definitely easy to work with.

Beautiful....
We looked at every single apartment on the Eastside....well, certainly dozens of apartments and this one is beautiful inside (very modern- love the kitchen) and surrounded by woods. When I had a maintenance concern (a small thing with the fridge) it was fixed within an hour! Cherie, the manager, is warm and friendly. Really Lovely gem.
