I have had an incredible experience living at Windsor Totem Lake, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier community. From the moment I moved in, I’ve been impressed by the prompt and attentive response to any requests or concerns. The management team is always on top of things, and it’s clear that they genuinely care about the residents.
The environment here is so friendly and welcoming. The staff makes a real effort to create a sense of community, and I’ve enjoyed... meeting my neighbors. There’s a great balance of privacy and connection, and the atmosphere is always positive.
One of the things that stands out most to me is the impeccable maintenance of the property. The grounds are always beautifully kept, and the common areas are spotless. The attention to detail in maintaining the building and the surrounding space truly makes Windsor Totem Lake feel like a resort-style living experience.

Management at Windsor at Totem Lake always respond in a timely manner to service requests by residents. I continue to live at Windsor at Totem Lake because it just gets better and better. There are always corrections and improvements making living there safe, friendly and enjoyable. I'm happy to it home.

Windsor at Totem Lake is a very nice place to live. Management is very good to follow up on any issues if neighbors need reminders about community living such as noise levels, parking rules and shared space hours. As always, if you live in an apartment community, it is important to be considerate of your neighbors.
