The location is beautiful and I am very happy living at Woodlake. The outdoor maintenance isn't wonderful...when I moved in the balcony and area outside my front door were very dirty and filled with debris, and the windows look like they haven't been cleaned in a couple of years. (I live upstairs and am unable to clean them myself). Otherwise, I have been very happy living here so far. And Cameron in the office has been wonderful!

Woodlake is an enjoyable community. It's nice to walk around and say Hi to my neighbors, stop by the gym for a work out or walk to the bus stop without having to drive.

I did recommend it and a friend moved into an apartment. I find it would be good to recommend for a short-term living situation. I wouldn't recommend it for a permanent or extremely long-term period.
