Liberty Apartments

These are nasty apts. I lived there for 12 months and there was cockroaches, ants and fleas (i dont have a pet and were very clean)they dont spray all the units at once so they never go away. management never fixes anything. Cops are always there. The schools are horrible. The garbage is always over filled, broke down cars taking up the few parking spaces they have. There was no handicap parking space and i was told i had to buy my own sign and post and place it myself! The mailboxes are always... broken. unsafe neirborhood gunfire all the time very poor management. dirty laundry rooms shop around these apt are way over priced yards are unkept nothing ever gets fixed

These Apartments are poorly managed, the owner does not live up to the agreement on the lease, Crime, theft, the apartment was not finished before we moved in, there are abandoned cars taking up a'lot of the nearest spots, making it dangerous and uncomfortable to walk to our apartment. the rent is not worth the hassle and horrible living conditions. although the management is nice, does not make up for the obvious lack of funding to clean this place up. .

The new manager is nice, but years-long requests for service still not done. Dark parking lots and walk paths; unkempt grounds; filthy (and expensive) laundry room. Hoping things improve soon.
