Went into this apartment with excitement and will be leaving with disappointment and a broken wallet. This apartment will take your money out of your pockets like no tomorrow. They will charge your utilities trash, water, sewage, and etc by the amount of how the whole unit building uses. There are 6 units in the building and we split the bill between them by how much everyone wastes. Loud neighbours blasting their music at 3AM, cars being broken into, terrible management and horrible parking lot... . I didn't take any chances so I went and found another apartment and broke the lease. I put in my bank account and paid it. But the apartment couldn't take all the money for some reason so I agreed to pay the other half later. I paid it online with the same bank account but instead they charged my other bank account that had no money and then went into the negatives. I filed a claim from my bank and got my money back. I told them they charged me off the wrong bank account but they disagreed and said they only charge off the one I put in. Now they're telling me I have an $100 NSF fee (non sufficient fund) because THEY charged me off the wrong bank account. I tried to tell them multiple times and even showed them my bank account that they charged me off the wrong one. But they still won't take the fee off. They will charge all kinds of fees and don’t care how other residents treat the area or neighborhood. We have been woken up at 3am because people play really loud music and management did NOTHING about it! There is no parking available after 3pm and it’s just an awful place to live. I’ve been here 4 months and my husband and I are breaking our lease because of how bad it is.
