No more than 2 smaller pets, must be at least one year old, spayed/neutered, have all vaccinations, and have no history of aggressive behavior. No dogs over 35 pounds. Qualifications-- good credit, stable verifiable income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent (Approximately $5000 per month) -- for income qualifications we can combine the incomes of the two most highly compensated residents Additionally, we require favorable landlord references from current and past landlords. Minimum 12 month initial lease -- then lease extensions. Move-in funds required are just the "deposits". (security deposit, any additional pet deposits). There is a move-in administration fee of $250.
