No more than 2 smaller pets, must be at least one year old, spayed/neutered, have all vaccinations, and have no history of aggressive behavior. No dogs over 35 pounds. There is a pet deposit of $400 + pet rent of $35 per month for one pet. Two pets, $600 deposit + $60 per month pet rent. There is no deposit or monthly rent for verified "service animals". Minimum 12 month initial lease -- then lease extensions. Move-in funds required are just the "deposits". (security deposit, any additional pet deposits). There is a move-in administration fee of $250.
