Rowdy Crowd

The units themselves aren't bad but the area can be annoying. There is no attempt at soundproofing the units so you will hear every noise your neighbors make. People playing loud music late at night, smoke alarms constantly chirping because people are too lazy to replace their batteries, tons of barking dogs, the sand and gravel pit directly behind it doesn't help either. Always smells like cigarettes and weed, and management does not enforce the no smoking rules so be prepared for smelling that… most nights. Other then that it's not bad. Just be prepared for management to not be helpful/unresponsive. They don't really care about doing their jobs there. Honestly, I don't blame them. Seems like that gig sucks. The maintenance guys are cool though.

Leaky and Moldy

While we lived here we had three major leaks in our apartment. We were constantly battling mold and the management was slow to respond. We also had major issues with our stove not working, our drying not drying, the fire alarms glitching, being able to hear everything the upstairs neighbors did, to name a few. This place is outrageously priced for what you get, and is a health hazard.

Cozy and Quaint

I moved in during COVID 2020, and the reception staff was extremely friendly, professional, and prompt on responding to any questions I had.

It's hidden away, just a turn off of main roads, and also right down the street from a local water park.

Happy to to live here

I recently moved from Renton to Milton and stumble upon Copper Creek. From start to finish the staff have been so friendly accommodating and ever so helpful. When were were signing our lease the Staff were throwing a opening day party for the Swimming pool. It a nice a quiet community and so far we love everything about living there. Te spacious apartment, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom sizes are perfect for our family. I am so very happy i found Copper Creek!

Copper Creek apartments

My boyfriend and I just moved into copper creek, and we could not be happier!
The location is perfect and management is amazing as well as maintenance.
The manager has worked with us the entire month before we moved in, and continues to make sure we are comfortable. We have all new everything and it makes us in unbelievably happy to be in a great place. Great big bathrooms, huge walk-in closets. Amazing walk-in pantry/ pantry space. The two bedrooms we have are very spacious and we don't have… to worry about running into each other or tripping over anything.
Great pool, and covered hot tub, available year round. Great gym, convenient and accommodating. Tanning bed is available, and there is a playground.
This community is very close and the manager includes everyone to join in activities, such as BBQ nights, ice cream get togethers, and tiki parties. Everything is provided all we have to do is show up and have a great time.
I believe we will have a great time living here at Copper Creek, we have nothing to worry about and are greatful to live I. Such a wonderful place.
