Procrastinators

Takes atleast a week- two weeks to get back to you every time you text or call them( you have to leave a message because they intentionally don't answer the phone). Got approved for an apartment, was going to go up and put a deposit down when they gave me a date and then never heard back(it's been about 2 months since then and still never heard back). Called, email and texted multiple times so I know they saw it, super rude.

Case Grande

It's very close to local government buildings, restaurants, coffee houses & co op. Rent is definitely on the lower end of the spectrum, ($775) which is great and the only utility you have to pay for is electricity- which usually tops out around $30. So very cheap, however, you pretty much get for what you pay for. The managers aren't very timely on getting back to you when things go wrong in your apartment. There's only about two outlets in the apartment that are grounded; one in the kitchen,... and one in the bedroom. So it's hard to use any three pronged cords anywhere besides those two locations. We had a rat in our apartment that was very very intelligent (not even kidding)... This thing could eat the bait off the trap without tripping it every time! The overall cleanliness of the building isn't superb, and the street noise and people walking around at night can be pretty loud.
