I have been living here for 5 years now and will continue to live here because it is an amazing place to live. Tennessee and Crystal have been friendly helpful and caring to what ever I need. I feel safe here and whenever there may be an issue, which isn't often it is taken care of right away. Also their communication is on point. Alex in maintenence is also so helpful and communicates as well. I would highly recommend making this your home.

DON'T MOVE HERE. I'm so sick of putting up with the incompetence of the office staff here.

Electronic payments just went down for the rent and they expect everybody to come up with a check or a money order to pay their rent with less than a day's notice. Had to go down to the office and ask for the late fee to get removed from my account because THEIR payments system is broken. Then they expect me to waste my time and money to get them a money order to pay the rent and wouldn't even put a… credit on my account for the inconvenience. Give me a freaking break.

I also had a whole fiasco over parking tickets when our garage key was broken. We couldn't get into the resident garage at night so we parked in the retail garage instead and got ticketed $49 for parking there in the middle of the night. When I asked the staff to waive the ticket because I am a resident who pays for a spot and had a broken garage remote they said they "can't make any guarantees" and tried leaving the ticket back at my apartment weeks later without any communication. I took it back to them and haven't heard another word about it, but never got confirmation it was taken care of. For all I know there is going to be some slimy parking ticket company sending me to debt collections soon.

The level of service here has been a joke ever since I moved in here and I am so sick of it. Every couple of months there is somebody new working here, but if there is one thing that is consistent it is that none of them are fit to work in a customer facing role.
