CARVEL HARBOUR POINTE

I have only lived at Carvel since January but I must say this place is amazing. The staff is so friendly and always communicating with the residents. They have super fun resident activities, wonderful landscaping and super clean community. You can tell the staff truly cares. My only gripe would be the parking spaces are on the smaller side and there isn’t a playground for the kids. However they make up for it with an amazing dog park, fitness center and pool. You truly will love living here.

I have lived here for about 3 years and I can’t wait for my lease to end. The previous management was great but the new management is pure crap. If you own more than one vehicle be prepared to spend an extra $75 or $200 EVERY month for either a carport or garage to park your second vehicle. If they don’t have either available you will have to find parking off property for your second vehicle. Oh and there is zero street parking in Mukilteo. On the bright side it's a decent weight loss plan because you'll be parking leagues away from your apartment.

I love the excellent location but the parking is pretty bad. Covered parking is $50 which is too much as with the cost of a garage. Trash overflowing does occur more often than it should. The service guys are good at fixing things but their appearances will on the job is quite unkempt. The porter does seem to linger about certain areas for quite a long time barely sweeping in one spot and talking on his cellphone. Having the police department, a medical clinic, the library an other useful... businesses within walking distance is also a big plus. Read More

Carvel Apartments employ a man as their janitor/porter who is creepy and lurks under stairwells staring at women and young girl’s bottoms as they pass by. Carvel's porter slyly talks on his cellphone and pretends to sweep the same tiny space for 10 -30 minutes at a time just to gawk at female residents as they move about. This guy stalls to pass time and will even pressure wash buildings and garages on RAINY days rather than actually be productive.

If you catch Carvel's porter off guard,... he'll spring into action as if he’s working hard (this guy is a joke). Besides staring at women’s and girl’s backsides as they pass, Carvel's porter peeps into the resident’s parked vehicles and also tries to force encounters with residents by flinging himself into our paths. He is super creepy and annoying.

If you feel tolerating a nonchalant, rude office staff and a perverted "peeping tom" porter is a fair trade off in order to live in one of the best apartment locations in Mukilteo then Carvel is the place for you. Read More
