Terrible Place

The property itself is very old and poorly maintained. Rent is too high for the space you recieve. They have very serious mold and electrical problems. The landlord himself has very bad anger issues and will attempt to keep your security deposit even if you were a perfect tenant. Do not rent here unless you have no other options.
