moving out

New owners doubled rent, refused to fix rotting ceilings in 9 units until tenants signed lease AND charged those who moved out instead of new lease $2000.oo for that damage. Painting over an old building which has not been maintained (and the crew painting the outside enter the occupied units by key without notice to "tape the doors"). Owner actually says "they rent the inside not the outside. Weed whack, break it up & throw it in the dumpster" about nicely grown little gardens behind units.... Sent out a letter that no one could have kid bicycles/toys on the private patios behind the units COMPLETELY OUT OF SIGHT OF STREET for two bedroom apts. Evicted long-term tenant who caught them hooking up the big parking lot light to his private (he pays for it) electricity AND did not tell the new tenants about the light. New tenants figured it out because their bill is triple everyone elses' and were told since it was not in the lease they couldn't do anything. Do NOT rent any "Dimension Property Management". They are a single family owned ruthless uncaring money grubbing company with rentals in 3 states.

you do not want to rent here, they have a mold problem, when something is broken it takes months to get it fixed, the management is terrible, the apartment I moved into was dirty, the outside looks trashy it is rare to see someone out doing work outside, there are broken down vehicles in the parking lots, the fences are broke everywhere you look, the they do not paint when someone moves out, or replace carpets very often.
