Utilities (electricity, water, and trash/sewer) are included, as is the 500+ Mbps, fiber internet/Wi-Fi. Reserved parking space in the alley is included.
Seeking professional male or female housemate/sublet to shared this unique home in a high-desirable area for a month-to-month sublet. Best for traveling nurses or other medical professionals, as Olympic Medical Center is a short, 8 minutes (2.4 miles) away by car, but will be open to any earnest sublet with a clean rental/criminal record.
