Credit Requirements - Established good credit history. Discharged bankruptcies may be accepted with re-established credit, please discuss as they are handled on a case by case basis.
Criminal Records - Criminal within the last 7 years may result in the denial of an application.
Occupancy maximum of 4 persons, limit of 2 adults.
