So far it’s been a great experience. the area is super quiet and crime free. Amber in the office is awesome and super friendly, would definitely recommend any of my friends to move here if they are looking for a new home

Overall, I love living here. The recent changes regarding the "deal" with Xfinity is the only reason this is not five stars. My Internet bill is more than double because of it and my Wi-Fi does not work as well as it did before. It is unfortunate because otherwise, BPA would be five stars. Also, if I could give 4.5/5 I would because, while it is really frustrating, big-picture it is not a huge deal.

It’s ok. It has been ok the last year or so. I am not sure what the future holds, things and people change here often. I like the community and hope they don’t raise the rent again when it comes time to renew the lease. Other than that, it’s ok. I appreciate that the current management is cordial. Not sure how the next team will be. It’s hit or miss. The maintenance people keep the grounds clean and that is nice.
