NO WATER FOR MONTHS AT A TIME - AVOID

If you value your vehicle, do not move in here. The parking spaces are too small and tight that there's nearly a hit and run on a weekly basis. You can drive through and look at the damage to the cars in the parking lot yourself. And no matter how much you ask for surveillance cameras, they will never install them and keep ignoring your complaints.

Fences have been knocked over that remain on the ground for months and never get repaired. Garbage stays on the ground keeping the place looking… like a disgusting junk yard.

And the worst yet-- We've been without water for over a month. We call, complain, email and try to get ahold of those who own the complex and they don't seem to care that we have been without water for over a month now.

The owners are simply interested in collecting their rent and turn a blind eye to all the problems. This place is not worth the hassle or the stress.

Not to mention the laundry room never gets repaired and most of the machines are down for maintenance, on top of frequent thefts in the laundry room, and the owners still refuse to get surveillance cameras installed. They simply don't care.
