Solace at Rainier Ridge

Noisy and unfriendly neighbors. We can’t even get a full night of sleep because our neighbors stomp around, yell, run, move furniture, and crank the TV volume up. Smoking in and around the building making it so we can’t even open our window. We even get the smell in our unit when we turned on the exhaust in the bathroom. Residents leave trash in the breezeway and even used doggy bags. Diapers and fast food wrappers thrown under the stairs. It’s disgusting. I have never seen littering to this... degree at other apartments I’ve lived at. Management says they depend on residents to report this to them but are the groundskeeper and maintenance staff not seeing it when they drive around nearly everyday? Parking situation is terrible for what it costs to live here. People still park in carports that don’t belong to them. Protocol is inconsistent between security and property managers. Security was not helpful at all when Solace had security. They straight up refused to respond to our issues with our loud neighbors. We didn’t even get a notice about not having security anymore. Found out when we tried to call in about a noise complaint. We made so many calls to the office about some of these issues but management claimed they only knew about the noise disturbance. I toured this apartment complex recently and let me just say- these apartments look great! I'm not looking to move in for a few months, but the finishes and views of the mountain are amazing! The staff is extremely nice and welcoming too. I can't wait to move in here at the end of my lease!
