Dirty sidewalks and concrete

The sidewalks and curbs have years worth of moss growing and dirt, making the sidewalks slippery and hazardous. The parking lots could use a good scrub cleaning as well as all stairs and all concrete in front of entry doors to the apartment. The entry ways are black from foot traffic from previous owners. All that dirt is being tracked into the apartment, very unsanitary. This place needs a good power wash. Maintenance guys walk around not doing much. Put them to real work or get a company to… do it! Omg.

Gate always open, Management non existent

My husbands work truck has been broken into twice now and the window was shattered a previous time. The "gate" this appartment advertises has never worked and is always wide open 24/7 (plus there is a side opening w/out a gate). I don't think the pool has ever been opened and we've lived here 2 years now. With recent COVID restrictions this apartment has refused to offer anything longer than a 1mo lease agreements for those wanting to stay, which allows them to increase the price whenever they… want. It takes management forever to get anything fixed and when they finally do they threaten to make you pay for it. I don't think they have ever answered my phone calls or called me back after leaving a voice mail. The only good thing i can say is they haven't ran out of parking spots (my last place i had to park on the street occasionally.

We also regret the inconvenience you’ve faced with the pool closure and the leasing terms during the COVID-19 period. These were challenging times, and while the shorter leases were implemented to provide flexibility, we understand how it may have felt frustrating. Additionally, we're sorry to hear about your maintenance experiences, as well as difficulty getting in touch with the office. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we will address this with our team to ensure we’re more responsive going forward.

I really like it here.

I just entered in my second lease with them and am really happy. I love my apartment, they keep the place up nicely and the staff is super friendly and responsive. I also like how close it is to everything.

Going downhill

The apartments used to be nicer but upkeep doesn't seem a priority any longer. The playground equipment isn't maintained properly. The landscaping crew doesn't do its job very well. It's far too high-priced for what you get. The rent keeps going up but the place itself is going downhill. The bathroom faucet looks horrible, the carpets are worn out after a short time and they won't replace them. You aren't allowed to paint and the popcorn ceiling is hard to keep clean. The pool is about the best… part of living here but that is open for only a short period of time. It has a gate at the front that implies gated community but the side entrance has no gate at all so anyone can come and go. Parking is awful because all it takes is a few guests and you are left with no place to park. The garbage smells awful in the summer so make sure your apartment isn't close to it and recycling piles up everywhere looking awful. It takes forever for maintenance to fix anything and multiple requests at that.

Great area

The pool is usually greatly Maintained , they got a workout out room etc ..for the most part we also have great neighbors can be a little noisy with the street behind our unit but usually not to much of an issue :) .

The staff are awesome especially the maintenance personnel you tell them whats wrong and usually someone there same day, within hours even would definitely recommend someone to live here
