We understand how frustrating and unsettling that must be, and we are actively working... to address the security concerns, including the gate functionality.

We also regret the inconvenience you’ve faced with the pool closure and the leasing terms during the COVID-19 period. These were challenging times, and while the shorter leases were implemented to provide flexibility, we understand how it may have felt frustrating. Additionally, we're sorry to hear about your maintenance experiences, as well as difficulty getting in touch with the office. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we will address this with our team to ensure we’re more responsive going forward.

Regarding your concerns with the bathroom faucet, carpets, and other maintenance needs, we understand how frustrating it can be, and we are committed to addressing these issues more efficiently moving forward.
