Maintenance is quick and community managers are always there and very helpful. Walkable to pretty much every grocery store, and a lot of restaurants nearby, so the placement of the apartment is really good.

Amazing experience in living at Modera. The staff is super helpful and I really enjoy monthly activities organized by Modera. These monthly activities increase the interaction with neighbors which make the society safe.
