    Poor Customer Service and Maintenance

    You are not physically able go into the office ever because of COVID concerns, but whenever you try to call them nobody ever answers. There is trash everywhere and property maintenance does not seem to pick up the garbage around the property, but instead parks their golf carts in tenant parking spots (which is limited) and smoke. On more than one occasion there have been notices to entire the apartment for routine maintenance only to not come when they say they will and come a few days later… with no notice. There are children playing and screaming throughout the property and play in the parking lot. STAY AWAY!!!
