I recently moved into The Bond and my experience so far has been very positive. The building is modern, clean, and well maintained, and the apartments are thoughtfully designed with good natural light and quality finishes.

The management and leasing team have been very kind, professional, and responsive, which made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the common areas are always clean and welcoming.

I have rented around 20 apartments in my life, and I have always been very selective about where I choose to live. The two things that matter most to me are the location and the quality of the management team.

The Bond in Redmond exceeded every expectation I had. Reyna, Vanessa, and Greg consistently demonstrated professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care for the residents. They responded quickly to questions, followed up on every detail, and created an atmosphere that made me feel... welcome from the day I arrived. The maintenance team also deserves special recognition. Every request was completed quickly and with excellent attention to detail. The only reason I am not continuing my lease is because I am moving to a different city. Otherwise, I would have gladly stayed longer. The Bond in Redmond became one of the best living experiences I have ever had, and I am grateful for everything the staff did during my time there.
