The hotel you sign a lease for
We’ve been at The Triangle for years, and the management has never disappointed. In July, a heavy glass cracked our bathroom sink. I sent the office some photos, expecting a huge hassle, but by the same day the manager had a replacement lined up, stock confirmed, and the team fitted it in under 40 minutes. No forms, no fuss. Without the lease, you might almost mistake it for a boutique hotel.
Early this year, we experienced some noise from a neighbor and misdirected it a few times,... unintentionally, of course. Still, Chris tracked down the source within days. A few lingering echoes faded over time, but the team’s attention did not lapse. Rent downtown isn’t exactly modest, yet the careful oversight, convenience, and generally quiet atmosphere at The Triangle somehow feel just right.
