My experience living here has been disappointing. Concerns regarding lost belongings, communication from management, and consistency in policies were not handled in a way that made me feel supported as a resident. I hope future residents have a better experience and that more accountability and responsiveness are prioritized.

Before leasing here, know that you should expect steep rent increases every year. I've had to fight to get it lowered to a reasonable level each time, and they weren't willing to budge this time, so I'm fed up enough at this point to post a review.
This year's increase was an eye-watering 6.8% total, mostly backed by an unreasonable doubling (or more) of every resident's parking fees. Simple compact spots are now $200 a month, and EV spots are $300. Not even the hotel across the street gouges... this much for parking, but they charge their own residents more.

I went on Month-to-month lease and according to the lease contact I need to provide 20 days notice - no specifics mentioned how the 20 days notice will work. But they forced me to pay next month eevn though I vacated on 6th of the month. They used some legal jargons that I needed to notify within first 10 days of the month and they won't end the lease mid of the month.
When I started month to month, they didn't explain me anything. They just told it's not their job to explain the renters how... the 20 days notice works which can be upto 50 days based on the day of notice you're giving.

It's a home it's a place of love and care and it's a community always open to each other I love everything about this place about the people who work in this place because they're always there for me even when I don't see it myself
