This is an amazing building! The units and common areas stunning and architectural, tech integration for building access and package management, best in class gym, attached cafe and fitness studio, convenient gargage chutes on every floor, clean and well maintained.

Beyond all this, the people are the best part of the building. Everyone from management, leasing office, maintenance, to concierge teams, the staff are friendly and amazing at what they do. They faciliate a real sense of community... with building events (brunches, taco nights, game nights, floral arranging, etc.), newsletters around goings-on in the neighborhood, remembering and going above and beyond for their tenants.

Great staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Autumn was amazing

We toured The Kaye Apartments today and had such an amazing experience! Autumn was absolutely wonderful—welcoming, professional, and genuinely excited to show us around. We even brought our puppy, Archer, and he completely fell in love with her (which tells you everything you need to know). She was so kind and engaging, and made the tour feel easy, fun, and personal.

From the moment we walked in, the leasing team greeted us with big smiles and such positive energy—it immediately felt like a... place where people truly enjoy what they do. The amenities are fantastic, and the rooftop and lounge space are top notch—beautifully designed and somewhere you can actually picture yourself spending time.

We toured a couple of two-bedroom options and wow—the layouts were impressive. The design is modern, the space felt open and functional, and it gave us so much more room than we expected.

Living at Kaye is what I imagine living at a luxury hotel must feel like. My life has expanded while also becoming simpler in so many ways since moving here. The staff are professional, helpful, and genuinely kind, and there are so many great services, food options, and retail spots within easy walking distance. My ease of living has increased immensely since moving to Kaye.
