Hi, I am looking for roommates to start a long term lease in a beautiful newly remodeled 5b3b house in Renton, Benson Hill area (near Tiffany park). House is in... a quiet residential safe neighborhood. There are 2 garage parking and ample amount of safe street parking.
I am looking for clean, non-smoker, no drugs, working professionals with good credit history and proof of earnings. There will be a screening application with a nominal fee of $55 and a deposit of half a month rent. Unfortunately no pets allowed.

Room details (rent $1250): A 13'6"x12'0" sized room that can hold a queen/king size bed with a private bathroom.

About me: I am in early 30s, single male, working professional. I work 3 days in office and 2 days from home and try to be social on weekends. I like hiking, biking, fitness and exploring restaurants. I would prefer responsible people around my age who will keep common area clean, maintain good harmony inside the house where we can hangout together and host dinner or board games night at home.
