Run. Far away. Unsafe area of Seattle with ridiculous prices, very aged and rundown appliances and interiors not well maintained or updated. The corporate owners, Chicago based I believe, and their investors, are excessively profit motivated and not worried about renovation and updates. This area has multiple brand new apartments with similar or better pricing.

The leasing staff and maintenance staff are amazing! Very friendly, helpful people! Always prompt and quick to respond to issues! The location of the community and my unit in particular is awesome! It is close to Gene Coulon park and the shopping center The Landing. But maintains a very safe and quiet environment as well!
